Questions
When does my time start?
The first time you redeem the key or run the script, not when you pay. You can buy now and redeem later.
Can I buy more than one key?
Yes. If you want to add a key while you still have time left, open a support ticket in our Discord and we'll sort it out.
What happens when my time is up?
Your key stops working and the script no longer loads. Buy a new key to carry on.
I lost my key.
Open the confirmation page again from the link Stripe sent you back to. If that's gone, open a support ticket in our Discord and have the email you paid with ready. Lost keys can't be refunded.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final, including lost keys. If you have a problem with your purchase, open a support ticket in our Discord and our staff will look into it.
